water skiing

Well, after trying to haul my big bum out of the water and onto the ski's.... I feel a bit more motivated to stay focused on improving my weight and overall health, especially when I discovered that I weighed more than Rob who is over 6ft and pretty solid. ugh

So when I got up this morning, I made a food plan. I have bought veggies and salad fixings, fruit and meat, which I prepackaged into the right serving sizes. I feel very good about that. I have stuck to the plan but, for a bowl of raspberries and sugar, oh and a glass or two of wine. Tad Stocking was here - what else can I say!!!! Even so, I know that I have eaten a whole lot less than usual.

Tomorrow morning I am going back to curves with Annie. I think it will be good for me (that's my very small positive voice speaking). My knees hurt quite a bit - I really need to get fit and shed as much weight as I can. Exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle.

Yes, healthy lifestyle here I come!!!

  1. YAY!!!!! Mom this is great news! The prepackaged food is a GREAT idea!! That must be a sureslim thing. Raspberries are fine, if you absolutely must have them try phasing out the sugar or use Stevia. I am going to be excersizing while you are at Curves in the morning too. I am glad that you have Annie as a partner - that will help keep you going!
and PLEEEEEEEEEEEASE walk to Curves!!! Just take it easy as a first day and dont overdo it but do walk there! If your knees are sore don't force yourself to use them too much. I know there are a few moves in curves where you use your knees but just go very easy on those ones. Focus more on the ones that don't involve your knees until they are a bit less sore, ok? Otherwise you'll be taking steps backwards rather than forwards.
    Love you!!!
