I've signed up!! Thanks to Annie, cos if I hadn't said that I would meet her there, I wouldn't have gone.... You know what tho? it feels good to be up and about with some sort of mission for the day. I had to get on the scale and have my measurements taken - yes, the word obese was mentioned! ouch!! But, I am following my food plan today and that's that!
